Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an M&A Integration Manager to drive post-acquisition integration within the Integration Management Office. You will translate deal theses into execution plans, map dependencies, and manage RAID logs while coordinating with Product, Engineering, IT, HR, and GTM across SailPoint's corporate development initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional leaders using MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Slack to align stakeholders and accelerate value realization in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in management consulting, transaction advisory, corporate development, operations, sales operations, or technical program management.
• 2+ years supporting M&A due diligence or integration work.
• Strong communication and organizational skills across multiple levels.
• Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership and accountability for integration workstreams.
• Technical acumen for technical integration topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration execution for an acquired entity or major workstream.
• Manage RAID logs, milestones, and dependencies; maintain schedules.
• Produce weekly/monthly executive integration status updates.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops for Day 1 readiness planning.
• Support due diligence processes and consolidate findings for leadership.
• Document lessons learned and update the M&A playbook for scalability.
• Monitor Transition Services Agreements and track deliverables and dates.
