Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager for Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through inorganic and organic strategy projects. This role involves interaction with management teams and regular travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters, with a focus on nutrition, MedTech and biopharma segments.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $138,000-$150,000 and an annual bonus target of 10% of base salary. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, health benefits, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact; excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups across Fresenius business areas.
• Lead due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution for inorganic growth targets.
• Prepare pitch documents for management to align and prioritize inorganic opportunities.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces and leverage market dynamics for strategic direction.
