Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic inorganic initiatives and new business opportunities, including digital health and biotech ventures. This role interacts with senior management and may be remote, with regular travel to Lake Zurich, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in BD, M&A, strategy with healthcare exposure.
• Strong financial understanding and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, and targets for inorganic growth.
• Lead due diligence, business cases, and board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents to align leadership on targets.
• Model scenarios and evaluate new business areas.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedents.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders for execution.
