Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic inorganic initiatives and new business development opportunities, including digital health and emerging technologies. The role involves regular interaction with management and travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters, with local candidates prioritized.

The role offers an annual bonus target of 10% of base pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and analytics functions; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Ability to navigate a complex, matrix organization and travel up to 15%.

Responsabilités

• Analyze markets, segments, and companies for inorganic growth opportunities.
• Lead due diligence, business case development, and board approvals for targets.
• Prepare pitch documents to align management and prioritize inorganic opportunities.
• Build target valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver corporate projects from evaluation to execution.
