Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive organic and inorganic growth across nutrition, MedTech and biopharmaceuticals. The role involves leading due diligence, business-case development, and cross-functional execution with global teams.

Travel up to 15% anticipated, with on-site HQ in Lake Zurich; visa sponsorship is not available. Salary range is $138,000–$150,000 annually and eligible for a 10% target bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in BD, M&A, strategy roles.
• 3+ years in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets and identify inorganic growth targets.
• Lead due diligence and business case development.
• Prepare board-ready pitch documents.
• Model valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedents.
• Collaborate with global teams to execute projects.
• Present Fresenius Kabi as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
