Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC invites an experienced Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth of the corporate portfolio through strategic projects, due diligence, and new business development across healthcare segments. The role involves collaboration with management teams and regular travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters.

The position offers an annual bonus target of 10% of base salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and a competitive salary range of $138,000 to $150,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience; minimum 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy or analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business impact.
• Comfortable working in a complex matrix organization; travel up to 15% (including international).

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, and companies/assets for inorganic growth targets.
• Lead project management with cross-functional teams from due diligence to execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management to align on prioritization of targets.
• Manage internal corporate portfolio analysis, target evaluations, and scenario modeling.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Drive inorganic opportunities through all project phases and negotiations.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces and stakeholders.
• Leverage market dynamics to inform strategy and future direction.
