Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive organic and inorganic growth across the portfolio, including digital health and emerging technologies. The role partners with senior management and cross-functional teams to evaluate targets and shape strategic investments.

Travel to Lake Zurich, IL is required; visa sponsorship is not available. Salary range is $138,000–$150,000 with a 10% bonus target and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and analytics.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, and companies/assets for inorganic growth targets.
• Lead due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment on targets.
• Model valuations using DCF, NPV and precedents.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and travel as needed.
