Job summary

The Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A at Fresenius Kabi USA will drive strategic growth by evaluating inorganic opportunities and managing the corporate portfolio across nutrition, MedTech and biopharmaceuticals. This visible role partners with senior leadership and may be worked remotely with regular travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters.

Compensation includes a salary range of $138,000–$150,000 with an annual bonus target of 10%, comprehensive benefits, and a strong focus on career

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field; MBA preferred.
5+ years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel.
Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze markets and identify inorganic growth targets in nutrition, MedTech, and biopharma.
Lead projects with cross-functional teams through due diligence, business case development, approvals and execution.
Prepare pitch documents for management to support prioritization of inorganic targets.
Manage strategic portfolio analysis and evaluation of new business areas.
Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
Oversee inorganic opportunities through all phases from evaluation to execution.
Present Fresenius Kabi as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
Leverage market insights to inform strategy and future direction.
