Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of sales experience in luxury hospitality or resort industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve target room revenue, banquet, and ancillary revenue.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct site inspections, sales calls, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to align sales with campaigns and pricing strategies.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and brand alignment in all communications and interactions.
