• Minimum 2 years of progressive sales experience with leadership responsibilities.

• Proficiency in hotel sales systems and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Sales in developing and executing the resort's sales strategy.
• Maintain an assigned market segment and personal sales portfolio to meet goals.
• Lead and coach sales team members and manage key accounts.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, site visits, and events.
• Prepare persuasive proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Collaborate across Catering, Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations.
