Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant or banquet experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Experience with Micros is a plus
• Serve Safe Certification
• TIPS Certification
• Flexible / adaptable with nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift more than 50lbs consistently
• Able to lead, inspire, and motivate a team with positivity and high energy

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring consistent service standards.
• Deliver personalized, memorable guest experiences and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with Culinary leadership to maintain high-quality menus and presentation.
