Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort seeks a Sales Manager to lead and expand sales across leisure, corporate, group, and events in the Florida Keys. You will develop strategic plans, nurture major clients, and drive revenue while upholding luxury service standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in luxury hospitality sales, proven quota attainment, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. On-site role with opportunities for professional growth and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3–5+ years in luxury hospitality or resort sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to hit room revenue, banquet, and ancillary targets.
• Manage and grow key client relationships for repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct site inspections, sales calls, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to align campaigns and pricing.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and brand alignment in all sales communications.
