Job summary

You will negotiate pricing, participate in BID/RFPs, help develop dynamic pricing, produce forecasts and long-range plans, and collaborate with operations to deliver a premier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, sales or business.
• Five years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or sales/operations analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Negotiate pricing programs and upsell value-added services in the LTL space.
• Coordinate BID/RFP activity with stakeholders and benchmark against programs.
• Develop dynamic pricing guidance and lead forecast/long-range plans.
• Collaborate with operations and internal partners to deliver premier customer experience.
• Provide LTL domain expertise to sales on opportunities.
• Conduct market research to inform growth and profitability strategies.
• Monitor network capacity and implement pricing for balance.
• Lead or participate in strategic projects as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with policies.
