Job summary

Newrez seeks a Loss Mitigation Supervisor to lead a team focused on minimizing losses on delinquent mortgages in line with investor guidelines. You will mentor staff, ensure accurate analysis of financials, and drive performance improvements across the unit.

The role requires strong mortgage knowledge, supervisory experience, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Loss Mitigation staff.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending, foreclosure, and REO processes.
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and appraisals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for management and staff in Loss Mitigation.
• Oversee analysis of financial documents to approve resolutions.
• Monitor performance and provide monthly feedback to staff.
