Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Sr Manager Transaction Management to lead a team of Transaction Managers, ensuring alignment with SLAs, quality control, and contractual obligations. The role focuses on deal management, performance analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with business units and external servicers.

The ideal candidate will have mortgage industry experience and prior leadership, with a strong emphasis on analytical decision-making and clear communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• 6-8 years of mortgage industry experience.
• Prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Transaction Managers (2–6 direct reports).
• Ensure SLAs and QC metrics are met and translate contract obligations into workflow.
• Oversee reviews of agreements and performance of securitizations and remediations.
• Communicate material contract changes to business units.
• Provide training on contractual obligations and deal documentation.
