The position emphasizes training design, deal management, and collaboration with master servicers, investors, and internal teams to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 6-8 years of mortgage industry experience.
• Prior management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performance and quality management of Transaction Managers.
• Establish workflow creation and monitoring for deals.
• Ongoing training on financial deal structures and contract reviews.
• Manage contract disputes and financial remediations.
• Evaluate loan due diligence results and disposition decisions.
• Support investor guidelines for competitive analysis and salability.
• Build and maintain relationships with sellers, investors and vendors.
• Provide reporting and analytics on trades, due diligence and counterparties.
