Job summary

Maersk seeks a Customer Solutions Manager in Charlotte, NC, onsite. You will lead the development of end-to-end logistics solutions for North American customers, partnering with Account Managers to capture needs and shape the overall value proposition across ocean, air, landside, and warehousing.

You will collaborate with specialists across functions, manage pursuits, and build a library of proven value propositions while driving cross-functional teamwork and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, solution development, sales, consulting, or related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of logistics products including ocean, air, landside transportation, warehousing (4PL).
• Proven ability to translate customer challenges into integrated logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution development for strategic customer opportunities across North America.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand customer needs and translate into solution requirements.
• Guide Product teams on how capabilities come together for end-to-end solutions.
• Develop compelling value propositions showing customer impact and ROI.
• Project manage the pursuit from start to finish with cross-functional teams.
