Job summary

Maersk in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to lead end-to-end logistics solutions for strategic opportunities in North America. You will work with Account Managers to understand client challenges and translate them into integrated capabilities across ocean, air, landside transportation, and warehousing, shaping value propositions and guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, solution development, sales, consulting, or related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of logistics products (ocean, air, landside, warehousing, 4PL).
• Ability to translate customer challenges into integrated logistics solutions and value propositions.
• Strong customer-facing and consultative skills; able to lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution development for strategic customer opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand customer needs and dynamics.
• Translate customer insights into clear solution requirements and guide Product teams on how capabilities come together.
• Lead the development of end-to-end logistics solutions from start to finish.
• Develop compelling value propositions that articulate customer impact.
• Act as the solution expert in engagements, supporting discovery and presentations.
• Coordinate stakeholders and share solution expertise across Maersk.
• Manage pursuits from start to finish, aligning scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work across Sales, Product, and Operations to mobilize resources around a shared pursuit.
• Strengthen solution-selling capabilities across Sales teams.
• Build and maintain a library of proven value propositions and customer use cases.
