Job summary

Maersk in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to win complex opportunities across North America by developing end-to-end logistics solutions.

You’ll partner with Account Managers, translate customer needs into integrated capabilities—from ocean and air to landside transportation and warehousing—and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value propositions and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, solution development, sales, consulting, or related role.
• Strong understanding of logistics products including ocean, air, landside, warehousing, and 4PL.
• Ability to translate customer challenges into integrated logistics solutions and value propositions.
• Strong customer-facing and consultative skills; able to lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with project management and stakeholder influence.
• Comfortable with autonomy, ambiguity, and shifting priorities while staying collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics solution development for strategic opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand needs and shape solution requirements.
• Guide Product and Operations teams to assemble capabilities into the overall solution.
• Manage pursuit processes and align scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop compelling value propositions and support discovery and presentations.
• Build solution expertise across engagements and maintain reusable value propositions.
