Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina, onsite, to win complex and strategic customer opportunities across North America by developing end-to-end logistics solutions.

You will partner with Account Managers, understand customer challenges, and lead the creation of integrated solutions that combine ocean, air, landside transportation, and warehousing, while shaping the value proposition and guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, solution development, sales, consulting, or related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of logistics products (ocean, air, landside, warehousing, 4PL).
• Ability to translate customer challenges into integrated logistics solutions and value propositions.
• Strong customer-facing and consultative skills; able to lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional work and influence without direct authority.
• Strong project management skills with structure, clarity, and momentum for opportunities.
• Comfortable working autonomously with ambiguity and changing priorities while staying collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution development for strategic customer opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand needs and translate into requirements.
• Lead end-to-end logistics solutions from start to finish.
• Develop compelling value propositions and articulate customer impact.
• Act as solution expert in engagements, supporting discovery and discussions.
• Project manage pursuit with scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Operations to mobilize resources.
• Build a library of proven value propositions and customer use cases.
