Job summary

BlueGrace Logistics LLC, a leading logistics provider, seeks an experienced LPD to own strategic relationships with key customers in the Managed Logistics segment. You will drive account strategy, quarterly reviews, and long-term relationship health, partnering with Operations to ensure service excellence and KPI performance.

The role requires deep exposure to transportation solutions, data-driven decision making, and the ability to present to groups of executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalent experience.
• 7–10+ years in operational transportation solutions with improvement consulting.
• Experience with big box retail is a plus.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze transportation data to produce meaningful metrics.
• Strong problem-solving and creative solution mindset.
• Experience using TMS systems and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for the customer relationship.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, account strategy, and relationship health.
• Monitor performance and financial metrics to meet KPIs.
• Identify trends and manage churn risk with Managed Logistics.
• Oversee account projects and communicate ROI and value.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve service, billing, or delivery issues.
• Escalate critical issues and drive resolution with leadership.
• Coordinate across internal departments to keep the account functioning smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned.
