BlueGrace Logistics is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive in the United States to identify strategic partnerships and expand our transportation management outsourcing. The role focuses on sourcing opportunities from inbound leads and prospect lists within a dynamic logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of business development experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least two years of business development experience.
• Strong sales dynamics and proven ability to generate new business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential strategic partnerships to outsource transportation management.
• Research domestic, high-volume shipment businesses with multiple locations or tech needs.
• Generate 3 Qualified Discovery Calls per month and exceed monthly quotas.
• Use CRM/Outreach.io for contact management and pipeline tracking.
