BlueGrace Logistics is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive in Florida to identify strategic partnerships and drive new business within the transportation management space.

You will source, qualify, and engage companies aiming to outsource logistics, with a focus on high-volume prospects across locations and technology needs. Expect a dynamic, sales-driven environment with clear growth potential and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of business development experience.
• CRM experience and lead generation tools are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills over the phone.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Target prospects within BlueGrace Managed Logistics ICP to generate qualified discovery calls.
• Initiate outbound prospecting, qualification and contact verification.
• Develop new business via phone, email, LinkedIn, video messaging and mass emails.
• Submit qualified leads in CRM & Outreach.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships with proactive follow-up.
• Consistently attain and exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Use BlueGrace Logistics sales techniques to manage development activities.
• Utilize CRM and Outreach.io for contact management and pipeline tracking.
• Identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
• Provide feedback to identify pain points and align with BlueGrace solutions.
