BlueGrace Logistics seeks an in-office Operations Manager with strong LTL experience to manage accounts from our Troy, MI office. This data-driven, detail-oriented role emphasizes strategy, timely execution, and collaboration without people-management responsibilities.

You will work across BG internal teams, analyze transportation data, and drive projects that improve service quality for the customer. The position is fully on-site in Troy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years of LTL or FTL experience in logistics.
• Experience with big box retail accounts.
• Ability to write business reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Ability to analyze transportation data to report metrics clearly.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS and MS Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Daily communication between the customer and BG internal teams regarding operations.
• Proactively manage the operations dashboard to meet and exceed service commitments.
• Identify logistics trends and work with teams to mitigate risks and improve performance.
• Address systemic issues affecting account stability and health.
• Deliver weekly reviews and monthly reports to the customer.
• Lead account-specific projects with milestones, progress tracking, and communication.
• Compute ROI and impact for projects; communicate value delivered.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to successful solutions.
