Job summary

BlueGrace Logistics LLC in Riverview, FL seeks an in-office Operations Manager with strong LTL/FTL experience. This data-driven, detail-oriented, project-focused role serves the customer and manages accounts (not people) in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

You’ll collaborate across teams, monitor the operations dashboard, identify trends, and act on opportunities for improvement to ensure service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of LTL or FTL experience.
• Experience with big box retail companies.
• Ability to write business reports and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication between the customer and BG internal teams regarding the customer's operations.
• Proactively manage the operations dashboard to meet service commitments.
• Identify logistics trends and work with the customer and enterprise team to mitigate risks and improve.
• Manage systemic issues affecting the customer account, e.g., service failures or delays.
• Deliver weekly reviews and monthly reports based on customer requirements.
• Develop, facilitate and implement account-specific projects with milestones and progress tracking.
• Calculate ROI and impact of projects and communicate value.
• Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective actions to solutions.
