Jobot is seeking a Business Development Manager for a fully remote role in the United States. The position focuses on driving revenue growth within the logistics and transportation sector by expanding existing client relationships and acquiring new business.

You will deliver tailored supply chain solutions, maintain high customer satisfaction, and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. A lucrative compensation package includes base salary, car allowance, and commission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience within freight forwarding sales.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Account Management & Growth: Manage and grow assigned accounts or territories to achieve revenue, volume, and margin objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular meetings, calls, and proactive communication.
• Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Business Development: Prospect and secure new customers while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve sales goals.
• Monitor industry trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
