Job summary

WillScot is hiring a Dispatcher to own the transactional logistics schedule for the assigned territory and supervise staff. The role focuses on selecting optimal transport modes, balancing cost and time, and driving on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3 years applicable experience.
• 2 years work experience and 2 years managing employees.
• MS Office/Excel/Word/Outlook experience and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own dispatch for assigned territory ensuring on-time delivery and installation.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and customers for schedules and updates.
• Maintain safety compliance and complete required logs and reports.
• Support branch administration including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and filing.
• Respond to customer inquiries and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
