Qualifications

• 2 years work experience.

• MS Office/Excel/Word/Outlook experience.
• Experience working directly with customers by phone and email.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to follow direction and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Owns the transactional logistics schedule and office responsibilities.
• Determine optimal transportation means for cost and time efficiency.
• Maintain safety policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide supervisory oversight to drivers, technicians, and coordinators.
• Manage daily tasks for temporary workers and contractors; ensure DOT compliance.
• Schedule in-house or vendor drivers to meet on-time targets and margins.
• Coordinate deliveries/pickups with customers and vendors.
