Job summary

Qualifications

• Administrative support or dock operations experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations (DOT) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility reporting metrics related to service, safety, cost and quality daily.
• Communicate with BC/AOs, ICs and ISPs about load-plan changes and update Vision/VRP systems.
• Investigate customer service complaints and resolve with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate management.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance information and ensure DOT compliance.
