Responsibilities

• Run and optimize routing and delivery software to improve P&D service.
• Dispatch couriers to control costs and maintain service integrity.
• Track metrics on service, safety, cost and quality.
• Investigate customer complaints and respond to issues.
• Report schedule delays, accidents and equipment failures.
• Create and maintain files for equipment and regulatory compliance.
• Coach drivers and conduct safety check rides.
• May oversee P&D when the P&D Manager is absent.
• Perform other administrative and on-road duties as needed.
