Job summary

FedEx Freight is seeking a coordinator to ensure timely track and trace of orders and to set up new carriers within an assigned region.

Responsibilities include monitoring load planning boards, updating carrier statuses, entering load details into the TMS, and communicating any service issues to the Sales Account Manager or Regional Operations Coordinator. The role involves performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 0-1 years customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and work with multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitors load planning boards.
• Communicates with carriers to ensure load status updates are posted in a timely manner.
• Enters status updates for all loads into the TMS system.
• Communicates updates and/or service failures to Sales Account Manager and/or Regional Operations Coordinator.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
