Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in logistics preferred.
• Minimum three years in customer service preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Passion for sales and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Communicating professionally in person, over the phone, and via email to accounts and team members.
• Track growth/decline of managed customer accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Utilize TMS to enter bids and keeping communication with customers.
• Provide customers with a quick, effective solution if problems arise.
• Continuously build and increase your industry knowledge.
• Ability to be the main point of contact for customers.
• Assist with accounting department with any invoicing problems that may arise.
• Ability to generate sales among existing customer accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
• Service multiple customers accounts concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
