Job summary

FitzMark is a third-party logistics provider with offices nationwide, including Gainesville. We are seeking a customer service-focused team member to manage loads, coordinate pickups, and grow key accounts using our Transportation Management System.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a proactive attitude. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1+ year of customer service or logistics experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service or 3PL experience is a plus.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally over phone, email, and in-person with customers and team members.
• Create loads for assigned customers in the Transportation Management System.
• Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Enter bids and notation of customer communications in the TMS.
• Provide proactive tracking updates to customers.
• Grow current accounts through account penetration and sale of additional services.
• Enter tracking information in the TMS and service multiple accounts concurrently.
