Job summary

Curri is seeking an Account Manager to drive our GTM motion by deepening relationships across large accounts and delivering exceptional service. You will engage new users, strengthen existing ones, and re-engage churned users, with travel up to 25% across major markets in the US.

The role requires a proactive, solutions-focused attitude, strong communication, and a track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing/high-growth environment.
• Hunter/go-getter attitude with experience in a quota-carrying role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a customer engagement strategy to grow and retain existing accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, becoming a trusted partner for their logistics needs.
• Be an expert on our product and capabilities, finding additional logistics solutions for our customers.
• Heavily rely on data to measure the success of different growth processes, consistently iterating and running towards the fast water with each account.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Executives, Operations, and others to ensure a cohesive, cross-functional approach in landing and expanding each account.
• Frequently travel to meet your customers - 20-25%.
