Job summary

Curri is seeking an Account Manager to drive our GTM motion by deepening relationships across multiple large accounts, engaging new users, and re-engaging churned users. This role is open to candidates in Los Angeles, Orange County, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, or Seattle; you will develop engagement strategies, build trusted partnerships for logistics needs, and leverage product knowledge to offer solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing or high-growth environment.
• Hunter/go-getter attitude with quota-carrying experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of driving customer growth.
• Familiarity with logistics or delivery services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a customer engagement strategy to grow and retain existing accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers as a trusted logistics partner.
• Be an expert on our product and capabilities to offer additional logistics solutions.
• Rely on data to measure the success of growth processes and iterate.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Executives, Operations and others for a cohesive approach.
• Travel to meet customers 20-25% of the time.
