Evans Transportation Services in Minneapolis-St. Paul area is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary contact and internal advocate for the assigned customer team.

You will understand each customer’s business, manage day-to-day transportation requirements, and coordinate with shippers, receivers, and Evans teams to ensure accurate shipment execution. You will proactively communicate shipment status, identify and resolve service risks, build trusted relationships, retain and grow

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Transportation industry experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; good organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact and advocate for the assigned customer team; own requests through resolution.
• Understand customer business, shipper/receiver needs, and contractual requirements; ensure effective capacity and pricing communication.
• Coordinate with shippers, receivers, and Evans teams to ensure accurate shipment execution.
• Proactively communicate shipment status, milestones, and risks; provide daily reporting.
• Lead exception management, coordinate internal resources, and support service recovery and root-cause actions.
