• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
• Proven customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts; build relationships with customers and vendors.
• Respond promptly to escalated customer and vendor inquiries; participate in QBRs.
• Monitor service levels, cost performance, and profitability; create KPI reports.
• Maintain and update customer SOPs.
• Prepare shipment quotes; respond to requests; manage quotes via portals.
• Coordinate with carriers on pricing; apply rates during order processing.
• Enter and manage customer orders; schedule with carriers and consignees.
• Validate data and follow up on critical shipment activities.
• Proactively manage in-transit delays with intercepts and recovery plans.
• Document critical shipment updates to ensure smooth shift transitions.
