Job summary

You will proactively communicate shipment status, manage service risks, build trusted relationships, and drive operational and financial results with cross-functional Evans teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer relations within a transportation/logistics setting is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities; detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, consultative relationships with assigned customers; own requests through resolution.
• Understand customer objectives, shipments, and expectations; set realistic capacity and pricing expectations.
• Manage tenders, loads, pickups, deliveries, and documentation in transportation systems.
• Provide timely shipment updates and proactive reporting to customers.
• Identify issues, coordinate internal resources, and drive corrective actions; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer priorities and ensure service success.
• Monitor KPIs and support billing, reporting, and strategic account plans.
