Job summary

GeoStabilization International is seeking a strategic L&D leader to own the transformation of capability across our organization. You will design the enterprise learning strategy, build leadership development programs, and align curricula with frontline safety and corporate needs.

You will own the career frameworks, skills matrices, succession planning infrastructure, and the LMS strategy, mentoring teams and partnering with Safety, Operations, HR Business Partners, and the Chief People Officer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive L&D or organizational development leadership with strategy design and program ownership.
• Experience designing development solutions for blue-collar and white-collar populations within one organization.
• Direct ownership of LMS strategy: platform selection, governance, scaling.

Responsibilities

• Design the enterprise learning strategy, governance, and curriculum architecture.
• Own the career development framework, tools, and manager enablement to embed development into leadership.
• Own the LMS strategy end-to-end, from evaluation to content governance and reporting.
• Set instructional design standards grounded in adult learning theory and ensure quality across training programs.
