Job summary

Instructure is seeking a Senior Learning Consultant (Dedicated Remote) to help large institutions maximize Canvas LMS, Mastery Connect, and Impact. You will design strategies, coach admins and educators, and align initiatives with pedagogical goals.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, lead change efforts, develop resources, and deliver targeted workshops. This role requires five+ years of experience in learning technologies and occasional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Instructure product experience including Mastery Connect and Canvas LMS.
• Experience creating engaging, accessible Canvas courses addressing diverse needs.
• Experience leading change and rolling out technology platforms in large organizations.
• At least one year in an educational leadership role overseeing LMS support teams.
• Experience delivering professional development for educators.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance through best practices in learning and assessment within the Instructure ecosystem.
• Support customer vision for Canvas LMS, Mastery Connect, Impact, and other tools.
• Offer best-practice guidance on product-related projects and adoption strategies.
• Lead change leadership initiatives and align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan training and engagement timelines; mitigate risks.
• Develop curriculum, assessment, and programmatic strategies for client needs.
• Create adoption resources and professional development materials.
• Prepare and deliver workshops for admins, PD leaders, and instructional staff.
• Assist with product-related assessment deployment and resource promotion.
• Review data to define next-phase goals and sustain growth.
