Job summary

Confidential is seeking a senior Learning & Development leader to independently deliver global training programs for enterprise technology across regions. You will translate strategy into practical training plans, adapt content for regional relevance, and ensure governance and quality across platforms and audiences.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive adoption, readiness, and continuous improvement, while coaching regional teams and maintaining consistent learner experiences worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in learning and development, enablement, instructional design, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead high-quality global training delivery, including instructor-led sessions, virtual learning, workshops, and launch support across regions and levels.
• Translate global strategy into practical delivery plans aligned to audience needs, workflows and releases.
• Adapt content for regional relevance while preserving global outcomes and governance.
• Act as L&D partner to leadership and stakeholders supporting proprietary media technology adoption.
• Support planning, readiness assessment, risk identification and execution of the global roadmap.
• Coach and mentor Bangalore-based L&E Operations Specialist on priorities and development.
• Coordinate with LMS administrator on communications, scheduling, reporting and logistics.
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions and develop facilitators and champions for consistency across markets.
• Contribute to role-based curricula, facilitator guides, assessments and certification pathways.
• Monitor participation, readiness and adoption; analyze results and drive improvements.
• Maintain governance for content approval, versions, and training documentation.
• Identify capability gaps and barriers, escalating material risks with practical responses.
• Use AI and learning tech responsibly to improve content and learner support.
• Collaborate across regions to share practices and maintain a consistent learner experience.
