LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Consultant to independently lead complex learning products and advise partners on effective solutions.

The role designs scalable experiences across instructor-led, virtual, digital, blended, and performance-support formats, evaluating impact with learner and business evidence. The qualified candidate will have 3+ years in instructional design, program management, and live training, with strong collaboration and stakeholder

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Finance, or Business.
• 3+ years' experience delivering live, instructor-led training (in person and virtual).
• 3+ years' experience developing/designing learning resources.
• 3+ years' experience with PowerPoint.
• 3+ years' experience with Program Management.
• Experience with learning management systems and authoring tools is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Consult with business leaders to diagnose gaps and recommend solutions.
• Lead complex learning products from intake through design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Design curricula, learning journeys, facilitator guides, and blended experiences.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, workshop, cohort, and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Create evaluation strategies and analyze feedback and performance data.
• Partner with stakeholders to align objectives and reinforcement with priorities.
• Use learning technology and AI-enabled tools to improve access and outcomes.
• Establish reusable design and program-management practices for consistency.
• Manage scope, milestones, risks, resources, and communications.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to learning colleagues.
• Maintain current knowledge of business priorities and learning trends.
