Job summary

Instructure is seeking a Senior Learning Consultant (Dedicated Remote) to work with large institutions across K12, Higher Ed, and Government markets. You will lead coaching, instructional design, and change leadership activities to maximize adoption of Canvas LMS, Mastery Connect, and Impact.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, develop curricula and adoption resources, and guide institutions through strategic use of Instructure tools to drive meaningful learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of Instructure product experience including Mastery Connect and Canvas LMS.
• Experience creating engaging, accessible Canvas courses for diverse learning needs.
• At least one year of experience with other Instructure tools.
• At least one year in an educational leadership role overseeing LMS support for pedagogy.
• Experience leading change and rolling out technology platforms in large organizations.
• Experience creating effective professional development for educators.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance through best practices in learning and assessment and the Instructure ecosystem.
• Support vision for Canvas LMS, Mastery Connect, Impact, and other Instructure tools.
• Offer best-practice guidance on product-related projects.
• Develop adoption resources and professional development materials tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on communication, training, and engagement plans while mitigating risks.
• Develop curricula, assessment, and programmatic strategies for instructional approaches and learner experiences.
• Sustain growth by reviewing data and setting next phase goals.
• Assist with product-related assessment strategy deployment and resource promotion.
