Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a strategic and highly technical LMS Architect to own and evolve our enterprise learning technology ecosystem. You will be the primary technical authority for the Docebo platform and benchmark best practices across other LMSs.

Lead integrations with HRIS, Salesforce, SSO, and learning ecosystems, while designing scalable architectures and automation to drive governance and analytics across learning programs.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in LMS architecture or learning systems engineering.
Proven ability to configure and scale Docebo in an enterprise
Hands-on experience with at least one other major LMS (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone)
Proficiency with REST APIs, Webhooks, SSO, and e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI)
Ability to translate complex business requirements into system architecture.

Responsibilities

Configure, scale, and optimize Docebo including Extended Enterprise and Learning Plans.
Integrate Docebo with HRIS, Salesforce, and identity providers via APIs/webhooks.
Build automated onboarding workflows and analytics dashboards for KPIs.
Troubleshoot integrations and ensure content compliance with SCORM/xAPI.
Collaborate with L&D and IT to translate needs into technical execution.
