Job summary

TaskUs is seeking an LMS Architect to own and evolve the enterprise learning tech stack, primarily for the Docebo platform. You will benchmark best practices, manage complex integrations, and drive a scalable architecture across the organization.

Lead Docebo strategy, extend to other LMSs, and build automated workflows for onboarding, audience rules, and compliance tracking while reporting metrics through dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in LMS architecture, enterprise administration, or learning systems engineering.
• Proven ability to configure and scale Docebo in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with other major LMS platforms (Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Absorb, Canvas).

Responsibilities

• Configure, scale, and optimize Docebo; enforce governance and permissions.
• Integrate Docebo with HRIS, Salesforce, and SSO providers via APIs/webhooks.
• Build automated workflows and dashboards to report learning KPIs.
• Ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and manage complex integrations.
• Collaborate with L&D and IT to translate needs into technical execution.
