Qualifications

• Docebo administration experience required; certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the LMS and learning platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, course owners, and vendors on updates and integrations.
• Provide guidance on course design and learning pathways.
• Generate learning reports and dashboards to measure utilization.
• Lead or support learning technology projects and migrations.
• Ensure data integrity and system governance.
