Job summary
Hims & Hers, a leading health and wellness platform, is seeking a technically skilled LMS Administrator to join the Learning & Development team. You will be the technical expert for the Docebo LMS, overseeing configuration, courses, automation, integrations, data integrity, and governance across enterprise learning initiatives.
You will design and maintain automated workflows, build integrations, and support scalable, compliant learning operations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience administering an enterprise LMS.
- Advanced experience with Docebo or a comparable system.
- Experience working with APIs.
- Experience developing custom automations and scripts (JS, Python, Apps Script).
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the Docebo LMS.
- Configure learning plans, catalogs, groups, and user permissions.
- Maintain scalable enrollment strategies with dynamic groups and automation.
- Build integrations using the Docebo API and other systems.
- Develop custom reporting solutions for LMS data.
- Troubleshoot LMS issues including enrollments and notifications.
- Document configurations and administrative processes.
