Job summary

Crunch Fitness Corporate is seeking an LMS Manager to lead the strategy and operations of the Docebo platform. You will partner with leaders to drive learner engagement, ensure data integrity, and support network-wide training goals. This remote role reports to the VP of Learning & Development.

Ideal candidates have Docebo administration experience, strong analytics, and the ability to scale LMS solutions across a growing franchised and corporate network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in adult education, business, HR, or related field.
• 1–2+ years hands-on Docebo LMS administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of LMS administration, users, learning plans, groups, roles, enrollments, reporting, and integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and develop scalable solutions.
• Strong data analytics, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration, governance, and ongoing development of the Docebo LMS.
• Collaborate with franchise network to drive LMS adoption and align learning programs with objectives.
• Oversee the Crunch Connected Admin for daily LMS operations.
• Serve as internal Docebo SME for configuration, reporting, integrations, and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable LMS solutions and assess impact of changes.
