TaskUs in San Antonio, TX, seeks a strategic LMS Architect to own and evolve our enterprise learning technology, with Docebo as the primary platform. You will benchmark best practices, manage complex integrations, and ensure a scalable, governance-driven architecture.

This role requires deep hands-on Docebo experience plus familiarity with other LMS like Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or Absorb. You will partner with HRIS, Salesforce, and IT to drive analytics, automation, and governance across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in LMS architecture or learning systems.
• Proven Docebo deployment in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with at least one other major LMS (Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Absorb, Canvas).
• Strong REST APIs, Webhooks, SSO, and e-learning standards expertise.

Responsibilities

• Configure, scale, and optimize Docebo platform.
• Integrations with HRIS, Salesforce, SSO providers.
• Build automated onboarding, audience rules, and compliance tracking.
• Design dashboards to report learning KPIs.
• Troubleshoot content standards and APIs; guide roadmap with IT.
