Job summary
Honeywell is seeking a Director of Sales, Cross Sell for Life Sciences with a strategic, executive-level focus. You will lead a high-performing team, drive cross-sell opportunities, and align Honeywell's software, services, and automation offerings with customer transformation goals.
You will engage senior customers, shape growth strategies, and oversee ARR expansion across regulated Life Sciences environments, reporting to the VP/GM Life Sciences Vertical.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of Life Sciences industry, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
- Experience with quality systems and digital transformation platforms.
- Proven success engaging executives and leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to executive leaders across Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Facilities, and Digital Transformation functions.
- Develop growth strategies aligned to customer priorities including compliance and productivity.
- Lead customer transformation initiatives integrating quality, manufacturing, digital tech, and facility infrastructure.
- Position Honeywell as a strategic partner for modernization of regulated Life Sciences environments.
- Drive ARR growth and cross-functional collaboration across Honeywell units.
